Regarding deduction of balance automatically

Hi

This is to inform you that my balance is getting deducted automatically. it started from the time when my balance was 40 rs approx. now its re0.12. I dont know how. I called up the customer care but they didnt respond. i called up the customer care from someone else's number but no response. Please help.
