Hi

This is to inform you that I tried to change my connection from Airtel to docomo because of excessive charging by Airtel. Thats why I sent a msg PORT to 1900 as it was suggested in the docomo official website. But everytime I sent a msg it replied to me saying the format is incorrect and everytime I sent a message, I was charged at the rate of 50 paise. Then I searched in the internet and found that Airtel never sends the PORT number because it does not want its customers to shift to other service providers. Even the customer care executive did not help me in this regard. Please help me regarding this.
