DEar Sir,

I have applied for broad band connection on 11.08. but still there is no work done in this regard. I have done numerous follow up but still no response.

I would request you to please interfere in this matter and close it as soon as possible.

Morever I have also a airtel landline (0751-4053745), but the plan that was communicated was different, and the billing plan is different. The response from your people is really unsatisfactoy, this really shakes the trust of the consumers on your service level.

Please interfere.
