DEACTIVATED SERVICES

Dear Sir,

I m very upset due to bad service of airtel. I m customer of airtel with near about 3 years and two times chat service activated from airtel side in last 1 and half months. I had already compliant to airtel, but answer is same 'service is activated from your side'. i m very disturbed how can airtel activate any thing in my no. without my permission and deduct Rs from my A/C. So please help me, i m very obliged.
