My name is Abdulla. I was using Airtel phone no 9995666805 for more than 5 years and now this number was disconnected without any intimation from your side. In fact I am working in DUBAI and I was using this number in roaming and also I was recharging this number regularly as and when required.
Please let me know that why this is happening and what will happen for my credit which
was available in that phone.
At any cost I want to re-instate that phone because I have given that contact number to my banks and other contacts.
