Poor Servicing

Respected Concerns,

I was using two different mobiles- primary= 8860186864 (prepaid- vodafone now airtel) and secondry= prepaid-9540590966 (airtel) then i realized that airtel internet or gprs service is better than any other so requested for portable service.

Now i am a Airtel User on Prepaid- 8860186864 but Airtel is providing a very poor service to me in terms of Internet or GPRS., Even they had blocked my incoming and outgoing too.

Please rectify it.
