I want to bring this incident to your attention. I had an Airtel number (0120-4233029) which I wanted to disconnect because of the false bill coming every month from January till May. When Finally I called customer care to disconnect my connection and take whatever your pending amount is. They didn’t respond for a while.
Then I shifted to my new address (below mentioned) and they contacted me in July to continue with the service and promise me to waive off all the false amount mentioned in your monthly bill.
They asked me to pay 1, 800.00 in total and 400.00 as a transfer fee to shift to my new address with the same retention plan of Rs 599 1 MBPS unlimited plan.

I paid Rs 2, 200.00 to (Ashish Pandey, retention department noida-9711671984) and tell them to transfer the connection immediately.
Till today dated September 21 it is still in process and now they are calling me to pay the 3 month rent which I have never used.
They delayed the service for 3 month and asking me to pay the rental which they are responsible for.
Please look into this matter and fix this issue and customer harrasment.
I trust Airtel for their customer service and please try to maintain it.
