Hi Friend,
I am having a Airtel landline and Broad band approx. for the past 18 months. Recently i have requested for my landline shifting to new location with in chennai (near to Ampa Skywalk) on Aug. 23. They said it will be shifted in 3 days, after 3 days they said that it will take maximum of 10 days due to up-gradation process is going on in Airtel. After 10 days, i am keep on calling them to their customer care about my land line request status from that day onwards at least 2 times per day but they keep on responded me with your landline will be shifted "As soon as possible". After few days only i get to know the meaning of "As soon as possible" is equal to in-definite period. I got frustrated with their process and they harassed for one month. So, i have decided to make them pay for their bluffing game with the customer.
Note :- Even before requesting for shifting the landline, i taught of cancelling the connection because of earlier issues Airtel regarding billing issues but they made me believe that they will provide better service but after that it became too worst. Please try to understand by seeing this note, how much i got frustrated with Airtel.
Please do the needful and get back to me with necessary informaton about how to go further with them.
