I have raised the request for plan migration (33219018) from 1GB to 8GB on Jul 3rd 2011. I was told that the plan will be migrated in the next billing cycle which starts on Jul 26th and you will be billed as per the new plan. I got the bill of Rs 4958 for the broadband usage from Jul 26th to Aug 25th, as the plan was never migrated to a new one.
I put the complaint for the billing dispute on Sep 3rd, Complaint no. 3453686, Airtel closed the request on Sep 16th saying that the plan is successfully migrated but they never corrected the bill. I called airtel again and they took another complaint for the billing dispute on Sep 21st. I am still waiting for the billing dispute to be resolved.
This is extremely painful and I get no updates or no one calls from Airtel to find about the issue. On top of it, I am getting messages that you need to pay your bill otherwise services will be disrupted.
Request you to look into this ASAP else I am forced to move to another provider.
