Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchase the prepaid connection of Airtel on 17-07 at Suth Delhi. My Airtel no. has been deactivating on 19-09 without information for customer & without any reason. I have visit the airtel outlet at Sahara Mall for reason for deactivate. They have been re-issue new sim card for same no.. I am regular touch with customer care for activation of my nos. Since morning i have made so many calls to customer care for status. Every time customer care has given to me differate-2 process for activation this no.. When my nos has been deactivate, i have around of Rs.200/- balance in same nos. Every day I spend around 2 to 3 hours for resolve the problem. I am not able do my work due to this problem.

Now have been not received any solution from Airtel.
