Dear Sir,
I have two Airtel mobile connections and I am facing a tremendous signal problem since July'11 at my residence area, in South city II at Sohna road. I have already logged so many complaints at the customer care at 121 wide following service request nos :
a. 38691450 dt 26/7,
b. 39338426 dt.01/09/11
c. 39638146 dt 18/09,
d. 39720937 dt 22/09 .
But every time they promise that the service people will visit my place & check, but it is sorry to say that despite of so many complaints neither any anybody have contacted us nor the problem is yet rectified. A lot of official communication has to be made from my house to the company and due to the signal problem I have to face a lot of complaints from my seniors, which will definitely be effect on my appraisal.
It is requested you to please look into this problem & get it solved at earliest.
