Hello..
from last two months there is some services automatically activated onmy number and my 10 rupees balance is already deducted.
2ndly on 21st september i got a call from airtel customer care and that customer care executive made some commitment about reducing my call rates within 48hours and submitted my request about it on same day 10am but till now there is no action about that.
3rdly from 22nd september there is some problem with my number so that its not connecting to customer care neither by 121 nor by 198 and because of that m still unable to complain about my balance deduction.
now i am feeling like i am using worst network and services.
