This is with reference to my discussion Airtel Customer Service Deptt. on 22nd Sept. 2011 (9:20 PM) regarding a billing error from your side. I was not given any reference number for my call.

This displays poor customer service from your side (Bharti Airtel)

The information handed over to me was Vikrant Pandey's mobile number (9818334865), Complaint Help Line number : (011 - 44444198), Nodal Officer's Email ID : ([email protected])

I have been using Airtel's Broadband Internet connection at my residence (Kohat Enclave / Pitampura, New Delhi) for a long time now. At the time of installation of the DSL lines, a phone instrument was also installed by the technician.

As per my knowledge, I have never used the phone for any kind of voice calls from my landline number (011- 47353637), however I have been billed for the same every month since April till date.

Kindly request you to send me a detailed call sheet with all the information stating the numbers on which the calls have been made by my side along with the date and time so as to clarify the same at my end. Also, please look into the matter on an immediate basis and refund the complete amount which has been charged from your side till date.
