I had lost my Mobile Handset. I was asked to give details of large recharge amount and date for blocking the SIM which I did not remember. I could block it with the help of my retailer. Now, I am unable to get duplicate SIm as duplicate SIMs are not available with Customer care at Bahadurgarh for the past 15 days. I wish to draw the atention of Airtel Team to help or else I should change my service provider.
