I am from kolkata, I want to shift from AIRTEL to another network. for that reason I apply for UPC code and got it in same day. They give me fifteen days time to shift. but after 10 days they they automatically give the add-on services and deduct from mail balance day by day. CC is not contactable. when I contact from another mobile they told me " no UPC CODE is provided to me" although I told them I have the UPC CODE AK658882 they disconnected. I have the DND service from last year.
This is my second time to fail to shift another.
Now any one have any idea to shift, please contact [email protected], facebook. Although I have decided to drop my Airtel DTH and 9 office connection of marketing boys and 2 residential connection.
