I paid my airtel bill through Credit card on 18th of the month (Aug) and it has been 2.5 months they have not been able to trace the payment my out going is barred and I have sent them the Statement of credit card yet everytime my complaint is closed without even I being informed for reason statement not provided. Iam forwarding the Statement in PDF and they are replying to send the statement in PDF which ridiculous.
