I have following problems at your end,
No bill received
1. More than six months I have been requesting for the bills either on mail or in hard copy.
But there is no communication from your end.
Then in last month I requested for Porting to other service provider,
received 7-8 calls from Air tel requesting not to port and they confirmed that bill will be sent to the the mail

Extra bills
2. Rs 700/- has been added in the bill without my consent for the plan in the month of September
The same has been paid assuming that my money is going in charity for Air tel. That time I decided to port.
3. Normally I use this (mob No. 9717697835) for 3 local SMS av per day and 2-3 local calls
and I am paying bill in the range of Rs 300/- per month that too in the corporate discounts and with the Rs 700/- plan per annumn,
In the month of sept paid Rs 1223/-
Do you think it is justified.
This month also I have received bill of Rs 423 /-
I think that I have made a mistake of not porting or discontinuing Air tel number.
