I would like to inform you that i am continuously complaining to airtel customer care for severe network problem in our region but no initiative is being taken by them till now. I am regular customer of airtel and using 2g internet and thinking of switching over to 3g, but due to continuous network problem i am realising that i am just wasting my money and is frustrated by this. So i request you to take some initiative in this context. There are 2 or3 airtel towers in the range of about 1km, but still i have been experiencing severe network problem and so i request you to take some measures in this context. mo.no.-8011756640, Rajib Shounyak.
