Hi,
One month before I placed an order for installing Airtel broadband connection at my home. I requested for 1299 Monthly plan For the initial two weeks I didn't get the installation as I was told that there are some technical issues in lines; once corrected the installation will be done.
After two weeks, technical team told that connection cannot be given. So i cancelled the first connection & took the second one 999 plan as it was
told by your executive. Second connection i got in one week which is running now. But after 35 days now i didn't get the refund for my first connection.

My disappointment is that I don't expect such negligence from Airtel. I don't know where the information went all wrong (of course not from my side), but due to this i have suffered a lot for both time.
I request you to please look into the matter. Looking forward to a resolution to this problem at the earliest.
