Disconnect Twice

I have converted an Airtel connection from Postpaid to pre-paid on 12.11.2011 after submitting all relevant documents. On 18th November my connection was disconnected by Airtel authority and told by cust care that my documents is incomplete. Than i re-submit documents to airtel outlet that is in NIT Faridabad (Near Maha lakhshami Hotel) two times, But till now my mobile number is not started.

My mobile no. is 9871362363. Please do something.
