Deactivation of SIM -request

Hi,

I lost my mobile 2 days before and tried to block or deactivate my mobile sim card which is Airtel prepaid from Hyderabad. The mobile number is 9989044606. When contacted customer care they asked me few security questions and after answering they asked to wait for few mins without any purpose and after which the customer care executive confirmed that the SIM card will be deactivated within few mins. But this doesn't happened and even after 5 or 6 times request, the sim card has not be deactivated. Yesterday I raised one more complaint through calling customercare number 9849098490 and till now its not resolved. I am really frustrated due to this poor customer care.
