Wrong billing

My name is S.B. krishna. I am an Airtel postpaid user with mobile No. 9740744665. In my bill for November Rs.360.00 has been added under the head rent for GPRS from 6-11 to 23-11. This has been charged 2 Rs.140.00 per week.

However, I have not opted for the said service. I received the SMS on 26-11 stating that GPRS has been activated and I have to send SMS DEACT 140 to deactivate. I Propmtly sent said SMS on 27-11.

Why did the company inform me immediately after activating the GPRS service? Why GPRS was activated without my knowledge and consent? Why did the company inform me after activating and also deactivating the service? Please note GPRS has been stopped as on 23-11 and I received the message of activation only on 26-11 i.e. after even the deactivation was also done on 23-11.

My account has been unnecessarily charged by Rs.360.00 besides taxes on the same.

Please ask the company the correct my bill for November and send me corrected copy to me and Standard Chartered bank since I am paying the bill amount through my credit card issued by the said bank.
