MMS activation without consent

My mobile no.9944409181 Airtel, they have activated MMS in my mobile without my consent and have deducted Rs.2/- per day for the last 3 months. Although I have never used any MMS or for that matter my mobile was kept switched off. On contacting they have to-day 19-12 deactivated the MMS. But are not refunding the MMS charged for the past 3 months.
