As i lodged a compliant on 28 Dec regarding deduction of amount Rs.13/- from my main account, while browsing through mobile after recharging internet pack @ Rs.98/-. I got response from mobile No. 9958976317 that your deducted amount Rs. 13/- is being credited, but when i checked balance i found that no credit has been done or i didn't receive any message that ur account has credited by Rs. 13/-.
