I bought an Airtel prepaid connection in October - (Number - 9810963253) in Delhi.
For over 6 years, I have been using this number. For the past 7 months I am in Bengaluru. But I was regularly checking and using my Delhi number. Today I switched on my Delhi SIM to find out that the SIM was disabled. I called my number and came to know that it has been allocated to someone else.
How can Airtel do this to its loyal customers, without even giving a notice???
You collected all the documents for verification again in which I duly submitted. The documents had my address details and E-mail ID. Why didn't you try to contact me before disconnecting the number?
I want my number back. Please tell me how you can help me in the same.
