I have applied twice for MNP from my no's 9970030003 and. 9766540710. Even though I called call center and verified the balance and made it sure then also my MNP request was rejected. I even visited service desk and confirmed that my payment due unbilled amount is not more than my security amount. Still my request is rejected. I have SMS which I got from the circle to which I am moving. Even I have airtel's ticket no (complain no) for MNP. I made it sure that I have detail logged in this complain. Can anyone please let me know how can I register a complain against Airtel with Telephone Authority of India.
