Hi,

I have purchased airtel sim from one of the airtel retail shops. Sim got activated and went fine.

But some persons send message to my no and asked some person names, i told that just before one week i got this sim.

I dont know about your friend so here after dont send any msgs like that i informed to them. Mean while i got some msgs from Bank reg account balance like that.

After three months my sim got blocked and i call to customer care and asked the reason why it blocked, they enquired my address and personal proof details after verification my sim working fine asusal.

Again after three months, my sim goes to inactive mode, i called to customer care and enquired about it. they mentioned that address are not matching so we blocked your no.

If someone used this sim already means, why they sold the same sim to me.

Is it my problem..

Before three months i informed all my details to customer care and they cleared my problems. If my address not matched why they solved my problem before three month.

I need a proper reply for this mail.
