I am using AIRTEL prepaid # 7709325125 since 2 years.
But AIRTEL is charging more than 60p per min since 3 to 4 months. I went to Hadapsar Airtel office. I dont see the proper response from them to resolve my query.
To have it billed 60p per minute what should I do now? Do I need to go for new number? if yes - I will plan for termination.
When I have been to AIRTEL hadapsar office, they told me to use the landline number to talk to customer care, in that case I am not sure what is the need of having office at hadapsar branch?
I still dont find the answer to have my number charged 60p per minute. please let me know the procesure that how can it be done. Thanks
