Hi,

This is really sorry to say that the best operator (as told by people around) has the worst response to customer complaints.

I have got Postpaid connection of Airtel in Delhi circle. Paying bills in the range of 15, 00 to 2, 000 per month. I have got an internet connection active on phone with Rs 198 Airtel Plan.

Everyday I get the message from customer care that my unbilled anount id Rs 18, 000 or 19, 000 etc excluding discounts. This does not clearly tell what is my actual unbilled amount as on date. I should be knowing it very well that how much I would be supposed to pay Airtel for my use.

And when I contact customer care service, they say they cant tell it and it can only be calculated after the full cycle of bill generation, in my case the bill gets generated on 8th of every month.

What the hell is this!!! Why cant I know in the middle of month that how much I should save for paying bills!!!

This month, they disconnected my internet service which I got started on 22nd March and on 24th March customer care is telling I have used 2GB of data and my limit is gone.

Is it possible in any way at any speed that I can use 2GB data in just 2 days???

Where is common sense??

I am really in trouble..Why did I opt AIRTEL!!!

Now when I ask their customer care to file in RTI..they answer..its your will..

What is this??
