They cut 10p 20 p or whatever amt they wish to at any point of the day leading to a total of at least rs2 to rs3 everyday.
even when the balance is rs 2 and 3 they say that there is insufficient balance to make a call.
there is no proper response from the customer care executives! there is in fact no way u can contact the customer care executive! this is not even tariff free and they just have nice new ways of deducting money from your account everyday!!!
plus their services are getting costlier day by day!!
the blackberry and airtel association is still worse where in they charge u like rs 100 a week and provide u with such horrible services! the so called applications developed by blackberry are horribly slow and terribly costly and are not updated before a week!!
