Hello Sir

I m Ankit Chaudhari, i m from Mumbai and My my mobile no. is 9004801534 -Airtel (registration expired)

i got a call from customer service regarding post paid connection,

then i said "yes " for converting my prepaid connection to postpaid connection, they charged me 300 Rs as a security money, and also give a post sim card,

and he told me that your prepaid sim registration will expire,

after 10 to 15 minute, your New postpaid sim will be activate,

but till now (passed 4-5 hours), it is not activate,

Please activate my sim, i have no other Sim card to connect to u and also to others, i am facing lots of problem cause of it,

i am a marketing field person,

tomorrow i have very important meeting with my client.

as soon as possible, please reactivate my sim card with my old number (91-9004801534)
