I got a new connection in early this year and I was promised by local Airtel agent that my deposit will be adjusted with my bill immediately after three months. After three months, when my staff went to pay bill, she told loca airtel agent to adjust bill against deposit paid initially. Local agent told that Airtel changed policy and one can get refund of deposit only after 12 months. I asked the same thing in writing then they clarified that one can get refund only you cancel the phone... Only god know what is their actually policy...
I feel like I am cheated badly... I complained about the local airtel agent but there is nobody to hear me and instead of talking about my deposit refund they are concerned about their outstanding amount...
Friends, I was encouraged to read this complain board and I decided not to pay my current bill till they adjust my deposit amount and also I am planning to recover my business loss due to disconnection of my airtel no due to their fault and wrong promise...
