Disconnection of network!

I took an Airtel prepaid connection 2 months before. I submitted all the required documents for Identification proof. Inspite of that my phone connection is disconnected by Airtel saying that I have not submitted my documents. I have a lot of balance left in my phone. I have to go again and again to their center for the complaint. As I am a busy person I cannot do that.
