Billing and Name & Address Mismatch

Dear Sir,

I submitted in my document in airtel sales executive but this number mis match other persons name.

I visit to ghatkopar airtel gallery and pay to monthly outstanding bill but not change in name and cancelled the number.

pls help me. airtel call center harssment and mentally toucher in customers.

not services provided.
