I have bought a new phone of sony ericsson on 16 apr and I have called to cc executive so many times after that finally on 24 apr my call was picked by abaso (cc executive) and I have told him please activate 2gb GPRS plan on my no 9650002846.In nov i bought Nokia C3 and 2GB data is free under offer and which is completed on apr. So after I have told the CC executive that please check the plan on my no and please activate 2 gb plan on my no as I want 2gb of deduction in my bill. He saw the wrong data of apr and told you already have a plan and 2gb deduction will done once you receive the bill and again I have told him to please crosscheck but he was given me the same no as I already told that my unbilled is going high. After that i have recived my bill on 6 may and internet charges were 2062 rs/- without any deduction of 2 GB data so after that I have called 100 times on 198 and send many mails to [email protected] but always they put my call on hold for half an hour and told me that you will recieve a call back in 4 hours and 48 hours have been passed to this and I have not recieved the call. I do not want to pay for the mistake of CC executive that is why i am raising a complaint here. My due date is 24 may and very pathetic service by airtel.
