My no is 9349392111 (airtel), i have activalted 98 Rs gprs 2Gb scheme, my credit limit as directed by airtel is rs 800/- only, everytime it reaches rs 800/- they cut down my outgoing services and my gprs, most of the time i am paying money before i receive my bill for any month. Suddenly they have sent me a bill amounting Rs approximately rs 4400/ for month of april-may claiming my gprs usuage to be rs approx 24378 with discounts of rs 21326. so still they want me to pay rs 3400/- for gprs services. and additional voice calls, totaling rs 4484/-, right before i received bill, i got a call from a person from airtel that my bill amount is rs 950, it has to be paid immediately to resume my services. i finally paid rs 1000/- before receiving the bill, now 4 days back i got the bill in my email, and later call from airtel to pay 3400 immediately, after i complained, they told me they will waive of the charge, but just now on 30th may a person from airtel called me and behaved in a very rudely manner and said they will not waive of the bill. kindly look into the matter, i feel i am cheated, or else i will switch to some other mobile service provider.
