MNP-Port out request not executed

Dear Respected Authority,

I had requested for MNP- port out to Airtel against my mobile no 9775301525 on 28th May but the same is not getting done by the Airtel.

Upon repeated attempts on Airtel's helpdesk number and email I have come to know that the Port out request would only be processed after changing to a new post paid plan of Airtel since my current plan is under CUG which could not be processed until switching to a new plan which I have an objection. Despite of everything my request was not processed by Airtel on this ground.

I would like to seek your help in this regard.
