I had by mistake activated ad on service on demand (Astrology) provided by Airtel on mobile on 22 May. I thought that i will receive daily alerts but did not receive any of such things.

I got a message on 18-6. That your service will be renewed in three days to stop call*121*5#.

I tried *121*5# this for two times for deactivation

1st On 18th Approx 13.42 PM

2nd on 19th approx 9.21 Am

On going through the phone I got in the main menu that there is no ad on services on your mobile

I got message that request could not be processed please try after some time both the time on 21st at 10.05 Am I got a message that

Astrology on demand service have been renewed and you have been charged Rs. 30 for 30 days.

I want to deactivate Astrology service and want the refund of my money to be credited to my mobile with a message to that affect
