Want to deactivate lost sim card

Sir,

My name is Anilsekhar C. I lost my mobile on 13th june. It had an airtel sim with it. The phone no is 919840527702. I want to deactivate this sim card. I tried calling customer care to deactivate it. They asked me to tell the validity of the sim card and last e-recharge amount for security check. Since I don't remember these details they said they can't do it. So please deactivate this sim card.
