Unfair deduction from my outstanding balance

It has been for so many months the Airtel company is deducting various amounts from my credit prepaid balance for activation of this/that services which have never been requested from my side. When I call the customer care executive either they don't respond or show their inability to do anything and talk rubbish and disconnect the line. Even for these customer care calls I have to pay. I am really fed up and lost my lot of money because of this.

Latest on sunday 8th july without any request from my side I received a message from AT-AIRINF stating that an amount of Rs.25 is deducted from my account for MULTICONTENTSTORE on my airtel mobile for 7 days. Again yesterday i received a message stating that this service will be renewed in three days and to stop this service i have to message STOP to 121. After doing this i get a message that this service will be stopped in 4 hours. Today also when i called the customer care executive at 10.05pm he showed his inability to do anything right and also started talking in a filthy manner.By all this utter nonsense I am being made to waste my money as well as my valuable time. I request you take appropriate action against the company and compensate me for my losses.
