Non receipt of talk time

A special offer for my mob no 8730999570 on dialing *121*1*3# has been recd that on recharging of Rs 180/-, a special offr of Rs 190/- talk time, get 157.20 instantly and extra Rs 32.80 to be given within 48 hours. I recharged my Mob no 873099570 of Rs 180/- on 13 July at 07:29 PM. But till date after lapsed 72 hrs, I have not given extra talk time of Rs 32.80 even after repeated requested to customer care.

I am sending repeated request to Airtel customer care for rebate be balance amount of talk time of Rs 32.80 but only negative replies recd. Moreover, on dialing customer care 198 and 121 from mobile phone customer care adhikari says mostly repeated language that at present system is not working and I can not give you information and you will talk after two hours. After two hours we talk customer care then other customer care adhikari says same repeated language. Moreover from customer care we have recd reply from your customer care as under :-

At present on dialing *121*1*3#, the same special scheme is

also available on my mob no 8730999570. I have received only Rs 157.20 in my main account and balance amount of Rs 32.80 is still pending.

In view of the above, please give me balance talk time amount of Rs 32.80 which is still pending with Airtel and advise all customer care adhikari that they not give repeated replies that system is not working and call after two hours.
