Balance deduction due to GPRS

Dear Sir,

My Name is Aamir Shaikh R/o 87 Begum Peth Solapur My Airtel Mobile No. is 9890594737. My complaint is on Dated 31.7.2012 a GPRS service is automatically activated on my no at 9:00pm. And i have been charged for Rs 125 and in that regards i mailed a complaint to Appellate officer dept and i got refund of the debit Rs 100 and again the same case going on no any deactivation again i am getting charged for what i am not accessing the internet. And if i am complaining to the customer care at 198 no response from it and they misbehave with us. so please necessary action in this regards and Help me out
