Deduction of call recharges very high/ complaint not attende by 121 customer care officer, behaviour was very rude

My airtel mobile no. is 8826054497, airtel deducted very charges against my plan of 1.2 paisa per second. when i call on 121, they behave very cheaply and deactive my customer care service also. now i can not contact to airtel. only solution is to throw th sim.
