Idea - Cell Network service provide
Bad customer care & bad follow up by them

I have N-70 Cell with Idea mobile network provider.

I did life time recharge of Rs.495 on 6th Oct' 07. at 9.17 pm.

on the same day i did value voucher of 147 at 9.50 pm to get low call rate facility.

& on the same day i did recharge of Rs. 565.

On that day my service of value voucher started bt after 1day it stoppedd. i gave compaint on the same day at 10 pm.

i am doing constant follow up but my vaulr voucher service is not yet activated & i am not receving good communication from Idea call cetre. These guys saying that my service will get activated on at x, or y time since last 2-3 days but still it is not yet activated.
