This is regarding Faulty Digital DVR provided by Airtel. I have purchase Airtel DVR on 28-04 since than the DVR is giving horrible time to me
Complaint List is endless:
1. It remains hang most of the time.
2. Response time from Remote Command is over 5 Seconds.
3. Suddenly screen goes blank.
4.Can not record and says "Sorry you can not record this channel"
5. Between time of watching Subscribed Channel say's "You are not subscribed o this channel"
6. Takes over 3 Minutes to boot up.
7. Channel information not available on many channel shows after switching off and on.
Since I have purchased DVR I have registered 20 complaints and every time we try to register complaint Customer Care the Executive act like that we are STUPID and doest not even know about anything and even say we could not get your problem and this time your problem shall be solved once for all. Technician have no idea of problem and says DVR to replace.
This DVR of Pace is having hardware and software issues and you wont believe on me that it had been replaced twice in last 4 months but my problem is still the same. Is there anybody in Airtel who is listening to me. Please help???
