I bought a Sony LCD which comes with Airtel DTH. When I called Airtel customer care for installation, they gave me a customer ID and asked me to recharge it with Rs. 1000. I recharged it and ask for the installation. After taking my money, they never did the installation. I called up many times to their customer care but no one has done anything. They give you a request number and close it without doing anything. My Customer ID is 3007260735. Never opt for Airtel DTH.
