I am from ludhiana & I am using Airtel GPRS. I recharged my no.by Rs. 98 on 22-June for using the GPRS service.
From the very first day i couldn't get sufficient speed, even it is not possible to operate even google & connectivity was also very bad. So I called Airtel technical helpline for assistance, there I was told that my complaint has been registered (complaint no.- 15262800) & it will be solved before 27 June.
Then I again called the helpline on 27th june & informed about the matter, Then the executive Mr. Jaspreet told me that my previous complaint was closed due to some reasons & He put new complaint (Complaint no.- 0627111892) & said that if it would not solved till 2 july then you get refund for the same. When I called on 2 july I was rudely attended by them & they said that you were using it everyday, no matter what the speed or connectivity is, so you cannot get the refund & do whatever you can.
I was using the service only to check that weather the service was working properly or not that is why in 13 days, I had used hardly 100 MB from 2000 MB which was given in the pack of 30 days. I can show the usage.
Airtel is harassing me by giving bad service & not refunding my money. Please help me.
