I dont know if there would be any activity on this complaint but i am still raising my concern here because i am frustrated with the PATHETIC Service Provided by AIRTEL.
LAST MONTH I STARTED HAVING A PROBLEM WHERE IN THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO AIRTEL SIGNAL IN MY ROOM WHICH IS IN THE GROUNDFLOOR OF MY APARTMENT, NOT ONLY THAT WE DONT HAVE ANY SIGNAL IN MY APARTMENT. I CALLED UP AIRTEL AND LODGED A COMPLAINT ON 18TH SEPT (COMPLAINT N0:33981024) AND WAS INFORMED THAT IT WILL BE FIXED BY 28-SEPT BUT TODAY ITS 5-OCT AND FORGET FIXING THE PROBLEM NO ONE IN FROM AIRTEL HAS EVEN BOTHERED TO CALLED ME TO CHECK MY PROBLEM. FOR LAST 15 DAYS THERE HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY NOTHING DONE BY AIRTEL AND MY MOBILE PHONE HAS BECOME LIKE A LANDLINE AND I HAVE TO PLACE MY PHONE IN MY BALCONY TO RECEIVE SOME SIGNAL (1-2 STICKS MAX).
I THINK AIRTEL HAS TOO MANY CUSTOMER BASE AND HENCE DONT BOTHER ABOUT 15-12 USERS IN MY APARTMENT AND MYSELF ALTOUGH I HAVE BEEN USING THIS SAME NUMBER SINCE MAY.
ITS TIME TO GO FOR A DIFF VENDOR.
