I am having a mobile service of airtel india with no 9970364888. The company has issued bill me for the period 11/10 to 10/11 which have following descreipencies,
1) As per the plan opted by me the sms charge is Rs.0.5/sms the company has levied charge of Rs. 1.00/sms which are sent on 05/11 when I enquire about it the carecentre representative told me that 05/11 was a blackout day but the company has not given me any intimation regarding the blackout day.
2) Company has issued me the bill very late
3) Inspite having a constant correspondance regarding the above disputes the company has not taken right cognisance hence I have not paid the disputed bill amount, but the company has restricted my outgoing facility which is causing lot of trouble to me Plese help me to get justice.
