I am an airtel customer. I am in 749 plan which enables me the usage of8gb internet, Rs.100/=landline discount&Rs.100/=credit for my airtel mobile, no.(8056299013) before 15th of every month. As no credit was given even on 16.04.2010 to my mobile, I made a complaint to airtel customer care. The complaint no is31669622.Till this time my complaint has not been redressed. My a/c no.is14049025

It is not known as to why airtel is self violating their own terms&conditions?

Kindly take appropriate action against airtel for causing inconvenience to the customer with due intimation to me early
